I've been blogging elsewhere, as you can see by the number of comments and posts here. :-)
So I googled for you and tkyte to be sure I'm responding to who I think I'm responding, and one of the results was a "Post a Reply" page on McGraw-Hill - http://talk.eppg.com/posting.php?mode=quote&p=30&sid=c31f52d87ac323308ff44b7dfb090e3f
I don't know why, but somehow that strikes me very strange.

Oh, that was when TKyte was working on his 2nd book. I remember Tom Best was really doing the grammer for TK ;-)
